Professional Experience

Psychologist since 2007, with experience in hospital, municipal, school, and individual clinical settings, allowing me to work with different populations (young adults, adults, and seniors, children and adolescents, and families) and various challenges related to mental health (anxiety and depression spectrum disorders, personality disorders, eating disorders, developmental disorders, ADHD, among others), as well as to explore and develop skills in the area of Psychological Assessment of children, adolescents, and adults.

Subsequently, I had the opportunity to work in the field of Organizational Stress, exploring the more human aspect of Human Resources Management, in crisis contexts, holding various management and HR director positions, as well as HR consultancy in the private sector.

As a certified trainer by IEFP, I was allowed to provide training for obtaining the CAP (current CCP), and currently, I continue to perform these functions in organizational and clinical contexts.
